This is a great article and a good reminder to us all!

I find that setting a timer for certain jobs helps me to avoid those over-runs that eat into the day. I find this particularly useful for things like Twitter and emails.

Spreading your work over a week is a good tip from this article and one that I follow.

I look forward to reading more from Taiyab Raja.
